PROJECT FOCUS.

Nadeem Ahmed brings more than 25 years of steel industry experience across the GCC to his leadership of Steelco.

His career spans production planning, customer order management, commercial leadership, sales, procurement and logistics. He has worked across mill operations and customer-facing roles, giving him a practical view of how specifications, production schedules and delivery commitments connect.

Before becoming Steelco’s CEO in September 2023, Nadeem served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Arabian Gulf Steel Industries and Commercial Director at Union Iron and Steel. His earlier roles include sales at Qatar Steel, Head of Customer Order Management at Emirates Steel, and production planning, logistics and sales planning at SULB in Saudi Arabia.
